Cancellation & Refund Policy
Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Aligné Travel Ltd cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made within 14–21 business days. Our liability is limited strictly to the amounts paid and does not include compensation for indirect or consequential losses.
Force Majeure
Refunds are not provided for cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government restrictions
Supplier insolvency or operational disruptions
Where feasible, we will assist in rebooking or exploring alternative travel arrangements.
Change Requests
All booking modification requests are subject to:
Supplier availability and applicable terms
Any price differences, payable by the client
Administrative fees for processing changes
Third-party change fees, where applicable
No-Shows
Failure to commence travel or utilize booked services is considered a no-show. Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the policies of the relevant suppliers.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Bank transfer refunds are processed within 3–7 business days from the date of approval
Credit card refunds are processed within 5–15 business days from the date of approval
Processing timelines may vary depending on the financial institution. Currency exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final refunded amount.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellation fees and unforeseen circumstances.
All insurance claims must be submitted directly to the respective insurance provider.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a booking, clients must:
Submit a written cancellation request to admin@alignetravel.com
Include the booking reference number and reason for cancellation
Await written confirmation of the cancellation and applicable refund amount
Cancellations become effective only upon written confirmation from Aligné Travel Ltd.
Know Your Rights
Clients may request clarification or additional information regarding this policy at any stage of the reservation process.
Disputes
All cancellation-related disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the cancellation date. Aligné Travel Ltd will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
